There are many ways for families to get involved at Christ the King.  Christ the King understands that families need support in their faith and to guide them in the ways of that faith.  Opportunities for Fellowship, Worship, Service and Outreach and Education are always available.  Please check the newsletter for specific dates and times.

Nursery

On Sunday Mornings, we offer a staffed nursery for infants from 0-3.  We are here to care for your children in a clean, secure and loving Christian environment.  We want to nurture children and help them successfully interact with others outside their own day-to-day circle of friends.

Children and Youth take part in Sunday School and Adults can attend Adult Bible Study classes on Sunday Mornings.  Information on this can be found here

Youth Ministries also has many opportunities for different age groups.  We focus our time on Bible Study, Fellowship, Service and Worship.  Check out more information here

Other Events for Families at Christ the King:

Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat happens yearly on the weekend closest to Halloween.  It provides a safe environment for families to enjoy a free evening of Halloween fun in a festival atmosphere! Children trick-or-treat by going from car trunk to car trunk on “Trunk or Treat Street” to get their bag filled with goodies. Individuals or groups sign up to host and decorate a trunk, and the Town provides all the candy to be given out at the event.

Also during this event, we provide games for kids and hot dogs, drinks and treats.  Watch the newsletter in September to find out the day of this year's event.

Service Events each year for families include:

Trips to the San Antonio Food Bank

Food Drives for Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program

Church Clean Up Days (usually happen twice around the start of Advent and before Easter.

Other Family Fellowship and Worship Events:

Polka Worship and Sausage Supper

This year's event takes place February 20 at 5:30 pm.  Money raised will go to Special Music.
